SHIPPING & HANDLING:
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed same day, but please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Preorder items will ship on the date specified on the product page. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Delivery time frame depends on where the order is being shipped to. Standard Delivery estimates are 3-8 business days. Carriers are anticipating a surge this holiday. Delivery cannot be guaranteed before the holidays.
The shipping courier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost or stolen package, it in the responsibility of the courier and all inquires must be directed directly to them.
We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is provided.
Due to the liability of the courier, no refund or exchange will be given until the investigation is complete and the claim has been issued and reimbursed. Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims are a long and very extensive process and often take several weeks or more to complete.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, with the carrier tracking number, once your order has been shipped.

At Anya & Niki we strive to bring you Goodness. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase here's how to process your return:
Return and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include your original packaging slip. If your item included a dust cover, that must be returned as well to receive credit or process the exchange.
We will exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Return Shipping Instructions
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping charges incurred to send the item to you initially will be deducted from your refund.
Place item in original packaging with original packaging slip.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Anya & Niki, PO Box 413005 PMB 84, Naples FL 34101. You may ship the item using any method you like. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
