I had ordered this bag for vacation and the seams busted. I wrote a review and customer service reached out to me and replaced the bag. I love all the products I’ve bought from them ❤️

I ordered this bag to take on vacation and it was perfect design! 2 days into my trip the seams ripped out. Very Disappointed.

My bag was a gift bought December 2020. 4 months later the outside stiching began to come apart at the seam. This is not an everyday bag for me so it was not used often.
May 2021 , 5 months ( 150 days) later I notified anyaandnikki and sent pictures. Unfortunately their warrenty is not good 5 months later so there is nothing I can do about it. I was told take it to a seamstress but the seamstress can't fix it.. It's a beautiful bag. Casual. But made poorly. For the price it should last longer.

I am so pleased with this bag. The leather on the straps makes it dressy to bring out at night for a casual dinner. I have brought it to the beach with needed items plus a light sweater and water bottle of wine (not full :-) for sunset. It is light to carry for my neck which is very important to me. I would encourage you to buy this one for most occasions!
